 Consider a number of upholding recommendations for split system air conditioning systems.
Warning: Cut off the major electrical power to the unit prior to trying any upholding. A number of systems can have more than one breaker like a split air conditioning unit. Failure to cut off the electricity can lead to equipment break down, personal damage and even death.
Filters
1. Maintain the air filters clear. A new house may need more regular filter consideration till the dust form the building is eliminated.
2. You should change glass fiber filters when filthy.
3. clear out semi-permanent plastic saturated fiber filters by:
a) vacuum cleaning
b) washing with abstergent and water, air drying carefully and installi8ng again.
Important: You should not run any system with no filters.
Note: when an electronic air purifier is mounted, get rid of any mechanical filter from the air handler or furnace. Consider the upholding instructions supplied with the electronic air purifier.
Lubrication
In the products of nowadays, inside blower motor bearings and outside unit fan motor bearings are pre-lubricated by the motor producer. In order to access oiling ports or to lubricate the sealed bearings of the inside blower motor, take away the blower assembly. To access the outside fan motor, take away the unit top and turn the motor on its side with the oil ports up.
