| Multi Split System |  Multi split system is a kind of split systems. The main difference is that one outside unit supplies the work of a few inside units with separate remote controllers. Besides inside units may be of different types and power. It allows saving the place at the outside wall of the building and doesn't damage design. You may change a few split systems by one multi split, but you won't win in the costs. The price of such equipment is almost the same as of split system but the assembling costs are higher in 1,5 times. Besides split systems are more reliable in maintenance.
Multi split systems are used in apartments with two or more rooms that are in need to be conditioned. It is possible to regulate the temperature in each room separately but all units should work in the single regime: or heating or cooling .
Be careful choosing an indoor units power.
Multi split systems benefits:

Disadvantages:
- assembling complexity;
- more high cost;
- different indoor units are not able to work in Cooling an Heating modes at the same time;
